Tradition Henry VIII

I had previously converted a toy figure to a miniature figure many years ago. This was a Tradition casting substituted with a Historex head and a new sculpted hat. The legs were filed and the body proportions were built up with putty. The dog is a le Cimier casting.


I have decided that this piece could be further improved. Even though this piece is instantly recognisable, I think that the facial features were not fully captured, especially the nose and cheeks. I also decided to sculpt better ears and refine some of the other clothing details.
