Louis XVI

Now painting another Mokarex figure. These range of cheap plastic figures have great sculpts and are easily overlooked by many collectors. I like them because they are molded in hard polystyrene which to date has never deteriorated, provide a sound foundation for European history and plenty of painting practice.

To offset the white costume, I have added some purple into the mix. when dry, I brushed on iridescent white to create a sheen.
