Napoleonic Drum Major

I got this casting from Russia. It looks like a good pose but the figure height is at least 60mm. The details are not specific to any regiment but suggest several different Drum Major uniforms. I have eventually settled on the uniform of the 9th Ligne Regiment, a nice bright red green uniform.

I snipped off the figure base and mounted the figure onto a wooden base made from a modified candlestick holder, stained dark brown and gloss varnished.
