Resin Figures

I obtained these two resin figures from a Canadian company, now defunct. At that time, they were unusual, being among the first few complete resin figures available.

The first figure was part of a larger set piece comprising other 24th foot figures. These were sculpted by Rendall Patten, who worked for a few small firms. I have used those for a Rorke's Drift diorama made for a friend. This diorama also comprises several Zulu figures converted from Preiser miniatures.

The second figure is a red Indian, partly converted. This is contrasted with another Catlin like figure doing a Bison dance. The Bison figure has been beautifully updated and is now in a private collection.
